Town + Country has been doing this since 1947, always pushing the envelope, INNOVATING and moving the bar along the way. We utilize much of today’s technology, but always with the client experience in mind, never creating frustrating, digitally-painful situations, where the computer is our enemy—dropbox for sharing, online video conferencing if needed, sketchup for 3D modeling, screen sharing to allow all to feel as though they are at the same table…all of these at a distance, saving clients travel time/money, process time, scheduling time, etc.

These technologies are, then, integrated into our production, creating material specifications, material take-offs, pre-built components and building systems, all packaged and bundled, SAVING TIME+MONEY on site, and, finally, all coordinated with the General Contractor on site, before/during/after the design phase, utilizing all of the same digital technologies mentioned above.

All of this is done, in most basic terms, to SYSTEMIZE THE CHAOS of building a custom home, especially from a distance, and take the “Oh my God, you’re building a home; I feel soooo sorry for you!” out of the process.
