Customers come from far and wide to the Town & country sawmill in Boyne Falls for everything from a single railing spindle to building products for an entire project.  Products include half-log siding, hand-hewn trim, smooth and double-bead paneling, shakes, timbers, decking, stair and rail systems.

r      Town & Country Construction Services

Working from the client’s home building plans, or plans produced in the Town & Country Design Department, the Northern Michigan Construction Services division will build any style of home, using the highest level of craftsmanship found in this area.  Most homes include some form of cedar products, but are frequently styles other than ‘log’ homes. This division’s handiwork can be seen in Bay Harbor, along the shores of Walloon and Lake Michigan, to Crystal Lake and beyond. Construction Services offers total turnkey construction and one point of contact for the entire build, creating peace of mind for the new homeowner.
