Town & Country custom design and materials packages typically contain: floor system (choices of joist and sub-floor types); complete roof system (choices of rafter, purlin and truss structural elements) with various insulation options (R-40 to R-50) and a choice of shingle style and color; exterior walls (post and sill or on-site 2 x 6 framing with an R-capacity of 25-30; interior walls (2 x 6 framing for load-bearing or mechanical routing with 2 x 4 framing for non-critical walls); Town & Country Northern White Cedar exterior finish (6 profiles, ranging from rustic log to timber frame, craftsman, cottage and and a variety of styles); Town & Country white cedar or pine interior finish for walls and interior doors; all windows and doors (We recommend Kolbe & Kolbe windows which are available in a variety of styles and colors); 5 trim choices; all porches/decks/railings/trims/stairs; any unique handcrafted custom white cedar products like woven twig railings, white cedar doors, flare bottom posts, log stairs, fireplace mantels, and miscellaneous specialty items.  Also engineering, architectural and CAD services, such as custom concept, preliminary, permit and production drawings can be provided.  >>Click here for our complete Material List, or >>Click Here to Contact Us.
