However, when your custom dream home calls for a completely new floor plan, our team offers full architectural design and structural engineering services, ala carte or as part of a service offerings. With our Architectural + Engineering services, clients are provided all necessary documentation for custom home plan approvals. Custom log and timber frame home construction turnkey estimates and material purchases are available through our Sales Consulting Services. Quite simply, for our valued clients we expertly provide as much or as few services as desired, including managing plan development – from concept to completion, material production and building/construction coordination.
