Michelle Kruzel, AIA, Registered Architect, Michigan - Michelle Kruzel is a graduate of the University of Michigan with both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture and a Master of Architecture Degree.  She is qualified in new and remodeled residential  projects, as well as commercial design.  Her architectural services translate the client’s wants and needs into a custom design appropriate to site conditions, while keeping within the client’s financial and strategic objectives. Mrs. Kruzel manages the Architecture + Engineering Team and the Construction Services team.


Mark Gronek, PE, Registered Professional Engineer - Licensed in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Mark Gronek is a graduate of Michigan State University with over 14 years of Structural Engineering experience. Mr. Gronek reviews every design element for its relationship to the structural integrity of a building project with respect to the client's architectural needs and local code requirements.  From simple post and beam design to heavy timber or log truss design with concealed connections, his structural review provides compliances with code requirements, ensures the highest quality design, and helps secure complete peace of mind for the homeowner.

Kevin Burns, Architectural Design & Drafting -  Mr. Burns has taken an active role in Pre-Design and Schematic/Conceptual design for Town & Country Cedar Homes since his employment in 1995. His unique skills include the ability to create an artistic rendering from a client's verbal input. Many clients will meet with Mr. Burns during the initial phases of their home's design. With a B.S. in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, Mr. Burns leads our Green Team as our NAHB Certified Green Professional and is also an experienced Auto-Cad and Sketch-Up designer.
 

Jeff Griffin, Architectural Design & Drafting - Jeff Griffin is a CAD/BIM Specialist at Town & Country Cedar Homes, having joined the Design Team in 2000. He is a graduate of Lansing Community College holding an Associate Degree with a focus on computer aided design. Mr. Griffin works closely with clients in the development of their design and creates comprehensive drawing sets, ensuring the structural and aesthetic quality of the project.  In 2006, he was honored to receive Town & Country’s annual Julius & Darryl Kowalski Award which recognizes individuals who “put the company first, has outstanding work ethic and truly defines our highest levels of quality and service."
