"We would like you to know how very pleased with are, both with our Town & Country Cedar Home and with your very helpful advise and planning of our home. We could always get hold of you when we had questions and doubts, as well as humourous incidents to ask about or relate. Calls were always returned, no matter how many there were; questions were always answered, even when you had to go out and find the answer from someone else. And when there was a mixup with the financial institution, Town & Country was there to intervene for us. We also appreciate Town & Country's patience and understanding in these matters.
You and your designers took our plan and turned it into the home we had visualized, and you did it with a great deal of insite. I'm sure this was because of the notes we both took and shared with each other and the great deal of communication which was always there between us and anyone on staff at Town & Country.
