Each new home's materials produced by Town & Country Cedar Homes is customized for the client's specific project.  We do not supply box or kit homes.  The Material Package Selections can be extensive and frequently contains all structural and finish lumber and finish materials needed. Frequently there are items required to be completed by your General Contractor (G.C.) and these should be itemized between you and your G.C. prior to the first shipment of your Material Package Selections. Town & Country Cedar Homes organizes freight of all material shipments to your jobsite.
