Their knowledge of proper craftsmanship and high level of client services help to maintain open client communications during the project, and for years after completion. MICHELLE MUSSER, Construction Services Coordinator
A native of Northern Michigan with a degree in Applied Science in Drafting Technology from North Central Michigan University, Michelle joined Town & Country Architecture & Engineering Services Department in 1999. She regularly contributes to activities of the Little Traverse Association of Home Builders, having earned her Michigan Builder's License in 1995. Michelle has served as Construction Services Coordinator since 2008, assisting clients and Project Managers throughout the process of home construction or remodeling. Her responsibilities include all project selections, schedules, coordination and communication between Town & Country, all sub-contractors and the client to assure that the client always receives the best workmanship, products and value. Any Service or Warranty concerns are handled by the Construction Services Coordinator as well, including addition and remodeling bidding, turnkey estimations and construction specifications.
PAT DONAHUE, Project Manager
A Lansing, Michigan, native and 1983 graduate of Central Michigan University, Mr. Donahue has been a Northern Michigan Project Manager for Town & Country Cedar Homes since 2004. With over 20 years as a licensed Michigan builder, Mr. Donahue previously managed his own construction firm and has more than 130 successful builds to his credit. While working with clients, Mr. Donahue's goals are to keep your project on time and on budget while maintaining the highest degree of quality and custom communications. He now specializes in building wood homes, which require a complete understanding of wood joinery.
TODD SHUMAKER, Project Manager
Mr. Shumaker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and Associate Degree in Architectural Technology from Ferris State University in 1991, closely followed by the start of his career with Town & Country Cedar Homes. Since 1991, Mr. Shumaker has contributed his skills throughout Town & Country's vertical production methods. His expertice includes first hand knowledge of design & drafting, mill production, shipping, warranty, and construction management. Mr. Shumaker puts his extensive knowledge of the entire construction process to work for all clients, which helps to make the building process run smoothly from start to finish.
