Finally in 2006, Mrs. Baldwin was elected President of Town & Country Cedar Homes by the Board of Directors. Her overall control of all divisions is well respected both in the industry and at Town & Country Cedar Homes. With an overview of drafting, engineering, pricing, material listing, sales support, production control, shipping, production, accounting, construction, service and warranty, she monitors each home through our internal processes to ensure timing, quality and service are maintained every step of the way.
Licensed Architect:
Michelle Kruzel joined the Town & Country Team in 2008 as a licensed Architect offering initial and ongoing home design concepts. When you take your dreams and aspirations for your new home to Michelle, she integrates those ideas and personal preferences into the homes interior and exterior layout and finishes. Michelle brings to the table the ability to fashion your home in 3D software, providing you with a greater understanding of the quality and construction features of your new home. Michelle's conceptual imagery can incorporate your particular furnishings and their special spacing considerations, plus add in universal design or handicap access, develop the finished 'look' on the exterior of the home, and assist you with room-to-room traffic flow in your home. Mrs. Kruzel's special conceptual ideas will put the crowning touch on your new Town & Country Cedar Home.
Licensed Professional Engineer:
Mark Gronek, as a Professional Structural Engineer, determines, integrates & verifies the load bearing requirements for your home, assuring unquestionable structural integrity for generations to come. Mr. Gronek fastidiously reviews every design element for its' relationship to the structural integrity of the home.
